I finally wrote it all down.

Two years ago I carried a few boxes down the stairs.

They weren't even heavy.

At the bottom I bent over to set them down and felt a quick little twitch in my back.

Within hours my sciatic nerve lit up like a Christmas tree.

A few weeks later I was in the gym doing bicep curls and heard a loud POP. Lost all control of my left arm. The dumbbell hit the floor.

The bicep had torn completely off the bone.

Two ruptured discs. One fully torn bicep tendon.

Every surgeon said the same thing: surgery, insurance covers it, back to your life in 3 to 6 months.

I said no.

Not because I'm tougher than everyone else. Because I looked at the easy path and realised it would cost me something I wasn't willing to give up — my standards.

What followed was two years of fear, healing, and the quiet daily decision to keep showing up.

Decompression therapy. Peptides — BPC-157 and TB-500. Stem cells in Ohio, all out of pocket. A bicep rehabbed from 2.5 lb dumbbells. And nearly two full years of mental rewiring before I could get back to training legs and glutes without fear running the show.

I'm pain-free today. Back in full training. And I finally wrote the whole story down.

It's called Standards Protected.

I Said No to Surgery. Rebuilt My Legs & Glutes Anyway.

10 chapters. No fluff. No motivational nonsense. Just the full honest account of what it took — physically and mentally — to come back on my own terms.

It's $17. And it's yours right now.
